Join a market-leading automotive dealership to drive retail growth and deliver premium customer experiences. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery, ensuring the highest standards of brand representation in a competitive market.
Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert potential prospects into customers.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organized test drives as per OEM standards.
Guide customers through the financing and insurance process, coordinating with F&I executives for seamless documentation.
Maintain meticulous records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and update the CRM daily to track the sales funnel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets while maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
Execute local marketing activities and corporate sales presentations to expand the customer base.
Follow up with existing customers for referrals and ensure long-term brand loyalty.
3-5 years of proven experience in automotive retail sales or high-value consumer durables.
Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving manual and automatic vehicles.
Fluency in the local regional language and professional command over English.
Deep understanding of the Indian automotive market and current competitor landscapes.
Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals in a target-driven environment.
Experience working with DMS (Dealer Management Systems) like Autoline or similar platforms.
Prior experience working with a reputed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) authorized dealership.
Certification in Sales Process or Customer Relationship Management.
Existing network of corporate clients or local influencers in the region.
DMS/CRM Operations, Product Comparison Analysis, Basic Financial Calculation (EMI/ROI), Microsoft Office Suite
Persuasive Communication, Active Listening, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, Relationship Building
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or B.Sc preferred); MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in automotive sales.
Certifications: OEM Sales Certification, Valid Driving License (LVM)
Professional showroom environment with a 6-day work week. Role involves a mix of on-floor customer interaction and field visits for home demos or corporate meetings.
High-performing executives are eligible for fast-track promotion to Team Leader or Senior Sales Consultant roles within 18-24 months. We offer regular OEM training programs and internal mobility across our expanding dealership network.
