This role involves acting as a trusted advisor to prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire vehicle purchase journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. The focus is on delivering a premium customer experience while meeting monthly retail targets and maintaining the high standards of our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals in line with monthly targets.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives while explaining technical features and safety specifications.
- Maintain accurate and real-time data entry in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM modules for lead tracking.
- Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance options, and exchange evaluations to provide a seamless buying experience.
- Coordinate with the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and logistics teams to ensure timely and error-free vehicle deliveries.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships to drive referral business and improve brand loyalty.
- Participate in outdoor promotional activities, corporate presentations, and local marketing events to expand the customer base.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and monthly OEM schemes to effectively handle customer objections.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, B.A., or equivalent).
- Valid four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for conducting test drives).
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in a target-driven retail sales environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and smartphone-based reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred
- Prior experience in an authorized automobile dealership (Car/Two-Wheeler).
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or industry-specific DMS.
- Basic understanding of motor insurance and retail finance processes.
- Experience in handling high-value luxury or premium retail products.
