Focus on driving vehicle sales by managing the complete customer journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role involves proactive lead generation, engaging product demonstrations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction to meet dealership targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and handle inquiries via phone and digital channels to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct professional test drives for prospective customers, explaining vehicle features and safety standards.
- Perform field activities, including cold calling and local marketing events, to generate a consistent pipeline of prospects.
- Update and maintain accurate customer data and follow-up schedules in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to assist customers with loan processing and insurance documentation.
- Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all accessories and documentation are ready for a premium customer experience.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to gather feedback and encourage referrals for future business.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, competitor models, and OEM product updates.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for local travel.
- Fluency in the local regional language and functional knowledge of English.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and CRM management.
- Availability to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a car or two-wheeler authorized dealership.
- Knowledge of regional RTO registration processes and insurance norms.
- Certification in sales or customer relationship management.
