Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery
- Conduct professional test drives and demonstrate vehicle features effectively to prospects
- Maintain and update all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to provide comprehensive purchase solutions to customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership market share growth
- Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory
- Fluency in the local language and functional English communication
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape
- Ability to work 6 days a week in a high-pressure retail environment
Preferred
- Prior experience working with authorized OEM dealerships
- Familiarity with vehicle financing and insurance documentation
- Certification in professional selling skills or customer relationship management
