This role focuses on driving automotive sales by engaging with walk-in customers and managing the lead lifecycle within a fast-paced showroom environment. It involves delivering exceptional product demonstrations and facilitating a seamless purchasing journey from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle walk-arounds and explain technical specifications, features, and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Manage the complete sales process including lead generation, test drive coordination, and documentation for vehicle registration.
- Collaborate with Finance and Insurance (F&I) teams to provide customers with tailored loan and insurance options.
- Maintain and update customer interactions and lead status accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS) or CRM software.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicle units, accessories, and extended warranties.
- Follow up with cold and warm leads through tele-calling and digital platforms to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles meet the brand's premium grooming and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
Requirements
- Any Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sectors.
- Proficiency in the local regional language and functional English.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools or SAP-based DMS.
- Basic understanding of automotive finance and insurance processes.
