Sales Consultant - Used Car

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end sales of pre-owned premium/luxury vehicles

• Engage with walk-in and online leads to understand customer requirements

• Provide detailed product presentations and arrange test drives

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and backend teams for deal closure

• Ensure high standards of showroom experience and customer satisfaction

• Maintain proper documentation and CRM updates

Key Requirements:

• Graduate / MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing)

• 1–4 years of experience in automobile sales (preferably premium/luxury segment or used car division)

• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)

• Presentable personality with customer-centric approach

• Basic knowledge of financing and insurance processes

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
