Spare Parts Manager

This role oversees the entire inventory lifecycle, ensuring optimal stock levels for service operations and retail sales while maintaining high profitability. It involves strategic procurement, warehouse optimization, and seamless coordination with to meet customer demand efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the spare parts department including procurement, storage, and distribution across the dealership.

• Drive counter sales and accessory revenue through effective marketing and engagement with local mechanics and retailers.

• Identify and minimize dead stock and slow-moving items through liquidation strategies and return-to-vendor protocols.

• Lead and mentor a team of parts advisors and storekeepers to achieve departmental KPIs and service excellence.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and 5S methodology within the warehouse and storage areas.

Qualifications

Standard 6-day work week on-site at the dealership. This role involves a mix of office-based analytical work and active supervision in the warehouse and workshop areas.
