This role involves driving vehicle sales by delivering exceptional customer service and detailed product demonstrations to prospective buyers. It requires managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to vehicle delivery while ensuring adherence to brand standards and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers and handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional test drives and explain vehicle technical specifications, safety features, and technology to customers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including booking, documentation, invoicing, and final vehicle delivery coordination.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to assist customers with loan processing and insurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Achieve monthly sales targets for new vehicles, genuine accessories, and extended warranty packages.
- Participate in showroom events, corporate displays, and outdoor marketing activities to generate high-quality leads.
- Follow up with existing customers to build long-term relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English for professional communication.
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment with a standard 6-day work week.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customer profiles.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for reporting and lead management.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards as per automotive retail norms.
Preferred
- Prior internship or experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing sales roles.
- In-depth knowledge of current automotive market trends and competitor vehicle models.
- Experience using CRM or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline or SAP.

Qualifications

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (will be provided during induction), Test Drive Certification (preferred)
Work Environment
On-site showroom environment with frequent local travel for test drives and outdoor lead generation activities. Standard operating hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week.
