This role focuses on driving vehicle sales through proactive customer engagement and lead management within an authorized dealership. It involves guiding potential buyers through the entire purchase journey, from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and provide detailed product demonstrations highlighting vehicle features and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle test drives for prospective customers while ensuring safety and adherence to dealership protocols.
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, local marketing activities, and digital inquiries.
- Follow up diligently with potential customers to convert inquiries into bookings and final sales.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to assist customers with loan processing and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer interactions, lead status, and sales records accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer has a positive experience.
- Participate in outdoor sales activities, including canopy setups, corporate displays, and local events to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a vehicle for local travel.
- High level of energy and a strong inclination toward a target-driven sales career.
- Professional grooming and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
