This role involves driving vehicle sales by engaging with walk-in customers and proactively generating leads through various field activities. The focus is on delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving monthly volume targets and maintaining high service standards within the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet walk-in customers at the showroom and conduct professional product demonstrations to explain features and benefits.
- Schedule and assist customers with vehicle test drives while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, local area marketing, and participation in outdoor promotional events.
- Provide detailed information regarding financing options, insurance schemes, and vehicle exchange programs to prospective buyers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with inquiries via phone and email to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Manage the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, including documentation, invoicing, and coordination with the PDI team.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and daily activity reports in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Collaborate with the accessories and insurance departments to maximize value-added service sales for every vehicle.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a vehicle for local travel.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and grooming-conscious professional appearance.
- Ability to perform outdoor field activities and attend promotional events as required.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computer applications for data entry.
