Key Responsibilities
- Conducting professional product demonstrations and organized test drives for potential customers to showcase vehicle features.
- Managing the lead pipeline through the Dealer Management System (DMS) to ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
- Explaining financial products, insurance options, and extended warranties to provide a complete purchase solution to clients.
- Executing the vehicle delivery process, including documentation, RTO coordination, and ceremonial handovers.
- Generating new business leads through proactive relationship management and post-delivery engagement with existing customers.
- Achieving monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services as defined by the management.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of competitor products and market trends to handle customer objections effectively.
- Ensuring the showroom floor and display vehicles meet the brand's premium standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
- Proficiency in the local regional language and professional-level English communication.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales KPIs.
- Experience working with CRM or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as per industry standards.
Preferred
- Prior experience with premium or luxury automotive OEM brands.
- Valid IRDA certification for motor insurance sales.
- Existing network of corporate clients or high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
