This role focuses on driving the adoption of sustainable mobility by educating customers on the benefits and technical nuances of electric vehicles. It involves managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to final vehicle delivery while ensuring a premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting detailed product demonstrations and explaining EV-specific features like regenerative braking, range estimation, and battery health.
- Managing and updating customer interactions daily within the Dealership Management System (DMS) or CRM software.
- Organizing and performing test drives while highlighting the performance and cost-saving advantages of electric mobility.
- Assisting customers with the documentation process for government subsidies, FAME-II incentives, and state-specific EV policies.
- Coordinating with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to provide customers with tailored loan and insurance options.
- Achieving individual monthly sales targets and contributing to the overall dealership volume and profitability.
- Ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery process, including PDI coordination and customer orientation on charging infrastructure.
- Generating fresh leads through local marketing activities, corporate visits, and referral programs.
Requirements
- Valid permanent driving license (Two-wheeler/Four-wheeler as per segment).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented retail environment with 6-day work weeks.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and computer applications for data entry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, persuasive manner.
Preferred
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales roles.
- Basic understanding of the Indian EV landscape and charging ecosystems.
- Residency within a 10-15 km radius of the showroom location.

Qualifications
Education: Graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) or 12th Pass with relevant experience.

Certifications: OEM Product Training Certification (to be completed post-hiring)
Work Environment
Professional on-site showroom environment with standard Indian automotive working hours (typically 10 AM - 7 PM).
