This role focuses on driving premium vehicle sales through strategic client engagement and long-term relationship management. The position acts as a bridge between the dealership and high-value customers, ensuring a seamless journey from the initial inquiry to the final delivery and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle for walk-in and digital leads, ensuring high conversion rates through personalized engagement.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives while highlighting technical specifications and safety features.
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, corporate tie-ups, and managing a robust referral network.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to provide tailored loan and insurance solutions to customers.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales progress within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Oversee the vehicle delivery process to ensure a premium experience and high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer loyalty and encourage repeat business or service visits.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to provide actionable feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or high-end retail environments.
- Mandatory valid four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record.
- Fluency in English and the local regional language for effective communication.
- Strong proficiency in using CRM software and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-first mindset.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands.
- In-depth knowledge of retail finance, insurance processes, and RTO documentation.
- Existing network of High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) or corporate clients.
