Focuses on driving vehicle sales by managing the entire customer journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role centers on providing expert product consultations and personalized experiences to meet individual customer needs within the dealership's smart-tech segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for the Smart CC vehicle range, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and scheduled test drives to highlight vehicle features and technology.
- Proactively follow up on leads generated through digital channels, showroom walk-ins, and field activities.
- Maintain accurate and real-time records of all customer interactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to assist customers with loan documentation and insurance options.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicle units, genuine accessories, and extended warranties.
- Coordinate with the workshop and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the overall Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) scores.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles within the Indian market.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- Basic proficiency in using tablets and mobile sales applications.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in an authorized automotive dealership (OEM).
- Familiarity with CRM software or OEM-specific Dealer Management Systems.
- Experience in handling high-tech or premium consumer goods.
