This role involves driving retail growth by identifying potential customers and guiding them through a seamless vehicle purchasing journey. It focuses on achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer engagement and brand representation in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives for prospective buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Explain financing options, insurance packages, and accessory add-ons to maximize revenue per vehicle.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and generate referral leads.
- Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and local events to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with OEM sales processes and maintain high standards of showroom hygiene.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12th pass or any Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving for test drive assistance.
- Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.

Preferred
- Prior experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
