Accounts Managers Executives

This role focuses on maintaining the financial integrity of the dealership through meticulous record-keeping and strict adherence to Indian statutory regulations. It involves bridging the gap between operational sales data and financial reporting to ensure seamless business continuity and OEM compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting entries in Tally Prime and the Dealership Management System (DMS) for sales, service, and spares departments.
• Execute monthly GST filings including GSTR-1 and 3B, and ensure timely TDS/TCS payments and returns.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and reconcile ledger accounts with OEM statements and vendor balances.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, specifically tracking vehicle inventory funding and customer booking amounts.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets for senior management review.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure 100% compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely deposit of PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
• Monitor and reconcile OEM incentive claims, ensuring all payouts are tracked and accounted for correctly.

Requirements

• Degree in B.Com or M.Com from a recognized university
• Proven experience in handling GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
• Expertise in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime software
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Understanding of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
• Ability to work on-site 6 days a week in a fast-paced dealership environment

Preferred

• Previous experience in an automobile dealership (4-wheeler or 2-wheeler)
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline or RevX
• CA Inter or MBA Finance qualification

On-site dealership office; standard 6-day work week; involves coordination with Sales and Service workshop teams.
