Accounts Manager

Manage day-to-day accounts payable and receivable operations of the car showroom.

Monitor customer outstanding balances, vehicle booking advances, and sales collections.

Process supplier invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.

Handle vehicle sales accounting, purchase entries, and inventory reconciliation.

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor daily cash transactions.

Coordinate with sales, service, purchase, banks, and finance companies.

Ensure GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance.

Prepare outstanding reports, ageing analysis, cash flow, and monthly MIS.

Verify invoices, payment approvals, credit notes, and refunds.

Ensure accurate accounting records, internal controls, and timely financial closing.
