This role focuses on driving strategic brand growth and lead generation initiatives within the regional automotive market. The incumbent will bridge the gap between manufacturer guidelines and dealership sales targets through innovative multi-channel campaigns and data-driven marketing strategies.
Develop and execute 360-degree marketing plans to drive showroom walk-ins and service workshop throughput.
Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI across digital, print, and BTL activities.
Coordinate with OEM marketing teams to ensure brand compliance and maximize co-op fund utilization for local advertising.
Lead digital transformation efforts, including social media management, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing on platforms like Google and Meta.
Organize local events, mall displays, apartment activations, and corporate tie-ups to increase brand visibility in the catchment area.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the sales and service leadership teams.
Oversee the CRM database to implement effective re-marketing, customer loyalty programs, and referral schemes.
Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies to ensure high-quality delivery of marketing collateral.
5 to 8 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within the Indian Automotive or Consumer Durable sectors.
Proven track record in managing large-scale lead generation campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools including Meta Business Suite and Google Ads.
Proficiency in the local regional language and English to effectively communicate with diverse customer segments.
Strong understanding of the Indian automotive consumer journey and seasonal buying patterns.
Ability to work on-site and travel locally for event supervision and field activations.
Prior experience working with a leading automobile OEM dealership network (Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, etc.).
Advanced certifications in Digital Marketing or Data Analytics.
Experience in managing CRM-driven lifecycle marketing and customer retention programs.

Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a recognized institute; B.E./B.Tech or Graduate in any stream.

Standard dealership office hours (9:30 AM - 7 PM), 6 days a week, with occasional weekend work for events and launches.
Successful candidates can progress to Regional Marketing Head or General Manager (Marketing) roles within the dealership group network.
