Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
Explain product features, variants, pricing, offers, and financing options clearly.
Conduct test drives and follow up with customers to close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Generate leads through referrals, tele-calling, and local marketing activities.
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and policy processing.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and proper documentation.
Maintain customer data, enquiry follow-ups, and sales records accurately.
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
Participate in showroom promotions, events, and sales campaigns.
Follow company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduate (preferred).
Experience in automobile sales preferred (2W / 4W).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and target-driven mindset.
