This role involves driving revenue growth through strategic floor management and high-impact team leadership within a fast-paced retail environment. It focuses on supervising daily showroom operations while ensuring every customer receives a premium experience from initial walk-in to final vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants and Team Leaders to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets.
- Oversee the entire showroom operation, ensuring adherence to OEM standards for display, hygiene, and customer hospitality.
- Monitor the lead management system (CRM) to ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion ratios from walk-ins and digital inquiries.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure vehicle availability and timely delivery to customers.
- Analyze weekly sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights to the General Manager.
- Handle complex customer negotiations and resolve escalations to maintain high brand reputation.
- Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to maximize value-added service penetration.
- Conduct daily morning huddles to align the team on targets, focus models, and promotional schemes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in automotive retail sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets in a dealership environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and modern CRM tools.
- Strong understanding of the local automotive market, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license and willingness to work 6 days a week.
Preferred
- Experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands.
- Prior experience in managing OEM audits and compliance checklists.
- Existing network within local corporate hubs for bulk deal sourcing.

Work Environment
Standard showroom environment involving high customer interaction and floor management. Requires working on weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with a weekday off. Position is 100% on-site.
