This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers and providing a seamless showroom experience. It involves managing the entire sales lifecycle from initial inquiry to final delivery while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their requirements and recommending suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct professional test drives while explaining vehicle features, safety standards, and technical specifications.
- Generate leads through proactive networking, cold calling, and local area marketing (LAM) activities.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and inquiries in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance department to facilitate loan processing and policy issuance for customers.
- Handle the end-to-end vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) are complete.
- Follow up with prospective leads and existing customers to build long-term relationships and encourage referrals.
- Participate in corporate displays, mall activations, and roadshows to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid permanent two-wheeler driving license.
- Strong verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, high-pressure retail environment.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and mobile applications for lead tracking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays (standard 6-day work week).
Preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service.
- Familiarity with local geographical areas for field-based lead generation.
- A valid four-wheeler driving license.
- Basic understanding of automobile mechanics and features.

Work Environment
On-site dealership role involving showroom duty and field visits for home test drives or corporate displays. Standard operating hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week.
