This role involves driving revenue growth by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the vehicle purchase journey. It focuses on delivering an exceptional showroom experience while building long-term relationships to ensure high levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial enquiry to final vehicle delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
Perform outdoor sales activities including home visits, corporate presentations, and participation in local promotional events.
Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM with accurate lead data and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate loan processing and insurance documentation for customers.
Achieve monthly retail targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the dealership management.
Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to the brand's premium standards.
Provide post-sales support to customers to collect feedback and encourage referrals.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or consumer durables sector.
Valid permanent two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for test drives).
Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English for documentation.
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer profiles.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
Prior experience working with an authorized automotive dealership (OEM).
In-depth knowledge of local RTO processes and vehicle insurance norms.
Experience using CRM software like Salesforce or industry-specific DMS.

Professional on-site dealership showroom with a collaborative team culture. Standard working hours apply, typically 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including weekends with a rotational weekly off.
