This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchase journey from inquiry to delivery. It involves building strong relationships within the local community to expand the dealership's market presence and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage showroom walk-ins and handle incoming inquiries via phone, digital platforms and field marketing to convert leads into sales.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to highlight key features and benefits.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline by performing regular follow-ups with prospective buyers using the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance options, and exchange evaluations to provide a seamless buying experience.
Participate in outdoor marketing activities, including canopy events, roadshows, and corporate displays to generate new leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services as defined by the branch management.
Collect and document accurate customer feedback to improve service quality and maintain high NPS (Net promotor Scores.
Minimum of a Graduate degree in any stream.
Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
Willingness to work on weekends and participate in field-based marketing activities.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and lead management.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
Dealer Management System (DMS) navigation, Lead Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, Digital Payment Processing

Education: Any Graduate (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA) or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
Experience: 0-1 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
Certifications: Valid Driver's License, OEM Product Training Certification (to be completed post-hiring)
Standard 6-day work week in a high-energy showroom environment with occasional field visits for customer meetings and promotional events.
High-performing Sales Officers can progress to Senior Sales Consultant roles within 2 years, with further advancement opportunities to Team Leader or Assistant Sales Manager positions across the dealership network.
