This role involves driving revenue growth by engaging with potential car buyers and guiding them through the entire vehicle purchase journey. It focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring all sales targets and OEM standards are consistently met within the dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial lead generation to final vehicle delivery.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and organized test drives for prospective customers.
- Maintain and update accurate customer data in the Dealer Management System (DMS) on a daily basis.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to provide comprehensive purchase solutions to buyers.
- Follow up diligently with leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, and referral programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets as defined by the Sales Manager and OEM guidelines.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI/SSI) scores through proactive communication and service.
- Handle post-sales documentation and facilitate the vehicle registration process with the local RTO.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
- Excellent command over the local language and professional proficiency in English.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting customer test drives.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a documented history of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a flexible approach to timings.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a premium or luxury automotive brand.
- Familiarity with OEM-specific sales processes and modern digital retail tools.
- Experience in cross-selling financial products, extended warranties, or insurance.

Standard on-site dealership environment involving a 6-day work week, inclusive of showroom shifts and field visits for customer demonstrations.
