Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to final vehicle delivery and documentation.
- Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to highlight key features and safety aspects.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales targets for new vehicles, accessories, and value-added services like extended warranties.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to streamline loan approvals and insurance policy issuance for clients.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with prospective leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, and field activities.
- Ensure the showroom floor and display vehicles are maintained according to the OEM's global brand standards.
- Collect and report market intelligence regarding competitor activities and local consumer trends to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles within a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends and follow a standard 6-day work week.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and a result-oriented mindset.

- Previous experience working with a reputed automotive OEM dealership.
- Familiarity with the RTO registration process and local taxation norms.
- Experience in pre-owned car evaluation and exchange processes.
