Focuses on driving vehicle sales through proactive lead management and high-quality customer interactions. This role entails managing the end-to-end sales process from initial inquiry to final vehicle delivery while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations and explain technical features to prospective buyers in the showroom.
Proactively follow up on leads generated through digital platforms, walk-ins, and field activities to maximize conversion.
Organize and conduct test drives for customers while ensuring safety protocols and providing expert product insights.
Manage the entire documentation process including booking forms, financing coordination, and insurance paperwork.
Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM with accurate customer interaction data and pipeline status.
Coordinate with the stockyard and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) team to ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services like extended warranties.
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or consumer durable industry.
Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
Proficiency in the local language and a working knowledge of English for professional communication.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer profiles and objections.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment with a focus on monthly closures.
Basic computer literacy for managing CRM, billing software, and digital lead platforms.
Previous experience working with an authorized OEM car or two-wheeler dealership.
Familiarity with automotive retail finance, EMI calculations, and insurance processes.
Professional certification in sales or customer relationship management.

Successful candidates can progress to Senior Sales Consultant roles within 2 years and are eligible for Team Leader or Assistant Sales Manager positions based on consistent target achievement.
