Sales Executive

This role involves driving vehicle sales by identifying potential customers and guiding them through the entire purchase journey at an authorized dealership. It focuses on achieving monthly volume targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and brand representation in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert enquiries into vehicle bookings
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and doorstep test drives for prospective buyers
• Explain vehicle features, technical specifications, and maintenance requirements to customers
• Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance departments to facilitate loan processing and policy issuance
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer experience is seamless
• Execute field activities and local marketing events to generate new leads and increase brand visibility
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales
• Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license is mandatory
• Fluency in the local regional language and functional English
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Strong knowledge of local geography for field visits and home test drives
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week

Preferred

• Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership
• Familiarity with CRM software or Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Basic understanding of motor insurance and retail finance products

Work Environment

The role is based on-site at an authorized showroom with a standard 6-day work week. It involves a mix of showroom floor management and outdoor field visits for test drives and lead generation.
