SALES MANAGER - TWO WHEELER

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager with strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts and auto parts sales. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in market development, dealer management, and team leadership in the two-wheeler spare parts industry. The candidate must be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a sales team effectively while maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

• Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring motivation, performance tracking, and skill development.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in the two-wheeler spare parts market.

• Identify new business opportunities and market expansion in assigned territories.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy dealer relationships.

• Plan and implement sales promotions and marketing activities to increase product demand.

• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

• Ensure availability and proper distribution of two-wheeler spare parts across the market.
