This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by building strong relationships with potential buyers and providing expert guidance throughout the purchasing journey. It involves managing the entire sales funnel from lead generation to final delivery while ensuring a premium brand experience for every customer.
Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate vehicle models.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features, performance, and safety standards.
Maintain and update customer interactions, follow-ups, and bookings accurately in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance departments to provide customers with comprehensive purchase solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicle units, accessories, and extended warranties.
Execute the final vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer experience is seamless.
Participate in field activities, corporate displays, and local marketing events to generate new prospects.
Follow up with existing customers for referrals and ensure high levels of post-sales satisfaction.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the automotive or high-value consumer goods sector.
Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record.
Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Excellent grooming standards and a professional demeanor suitable for a showroom environment.
Willingness to work on weekends as per standard automotive retail shifts.
Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
Knowledge of local RTO regulations and automotive insurance processes.
Strong networking skills within the local community or corporate circles.

Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred) or 12th Pass with significant sales experience.

Certifications: Valid Four-Wheeler Driving License, OEM Sales Certification (preferred)
On-site showroom operations; 6 days a week with a rotational week-off; standard shift timings from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
Successful candidates can transition into Senior Sales Consultant roles, move into Team Lead positions, or explore specialized departments like Corporate Sales or Exchange (Pre-owned) divisions.
