This leadership role involves spearheading sales operations for a prestigious, globally awarded Kia dealership recognized in the Platinum KDEP Band. It requires a high-energy professional to drive aggressive volume targets while maintaining world-class standards of customer experience and operational excellence.
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Consultants and Team Leaders to achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets.
Monitor and optimize the entire sales funnel from lead generation and enquiry management to vehicle delivery.
Ensure strict adherence to Kia’s Global Dealer Standards (KDEP) to maintain the dealership's Platinum status.
Drive penetration in value-added services including Finance (F&I), Insurance, and Accessories to maximize per-car profitability.
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to design and execute aggressive sales strategies and tactical offers.
Manage vehicle inventory levels and stock aging in coordination with the OEM to ensure optimal supply chain efficiency.
Conduct daily performance reviews and provide on-the-job coaching to foster a dynamic and competitive sales culture.
Oversee customer grievance redressal and ensure top-tier scores in Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI).
Proven experience in automotive sales management with a track record of meeting high-volume targets.
Expertise in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM software for lead tracking and reporting.
Strong understanding of automotive finance, insurance products, and RTO documentation processes.
Ability to lead a large team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
Fluency in English and Hindi language.
Prior experience working with Kia or other premium global automotive brands.
Experience in digital lead management and social media-driven sales conversion.

Education: Graduate in any discipline;
