Drive vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers through showroom walk-ins and field-based prospecting. The focus is on providing detailed product demonstrations and facilitating a seamless vehicle purchasing experience while consistently meeting monthly targets.
Conduct professional product demonstrations and vehicle walkarounds for walk-in customers.
Proactively generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and local area marketing activities.
Facilitate test drives while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and brand guidelines.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including documentation, financing coordination, and insurance formalities.
Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and update the customer lead pipeline daily.
Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Achieve monthly sales volume targets and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Follow up with existing customers for referrals and build long-term brand loyalty.
Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Proficiency in the local language and functional English communication.
Proven track record in retail or field sales within a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per showroom roster.
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
Working knowledge of basic computer applications and mobile apps.
Previous experience in an authorized automotive dealership (OEM).
Familiarity with retail finance, EMI calculations, and insurance processes.
In-depth knowledge of the local territory and regional customer preferences.
Dealer Management System (DMS) operation, CRM Software, Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), Digital Lead Management, Basic Automotive Mechanics knowledge

Education: Graduate in any stream; 12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Automotive, Retail, or BFSI sectors.
Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (preferred), Test Drive Certification
On-site dealership showroom environment with regular field visits for customer meetings and events; 6-day work week is standard.
High-performing executives have a clear career progression path to Senior Sales Consultant, Team Leader, or Value Added Services (VAS) Manager roles within 24-36 months.
