This role acts as the primary point of contact for prospective car buyers, ensuring a premium showroom experience from the initial inquiry to final delivery. The focus is on building long-term relationships through professional engagement and meticulous management of the sales pipeline within a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on digital and walk-in leads to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to booking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for every customer interaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule test drives and ensure vehicle availability for prospective clients.
- Assist customers with documentation for vehicle financing, insurance, and registration processes to ensure a seamless purchase journey.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to monitor customer satisfaction and solicit referrals for future business.
- Support the Sales Manager in organizing showroom events, promotional activities, and new model launches.
- Ensure the showroom floor and customer lounge areas meet the brand's premium standards at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian university.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within retail, hospitality, or automotive sectors.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with a premium automotive OEM dealership.
- Basic understanding of automotive insurance (IRDA) and vehicle financing products.
- Certification in professional sales or customer relationship management.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site role based at the dealership showroom. Standard working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week, with a rotational weekly off.
