Handle post-service follow-up calls to customers to gather feedback on service experience
Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and coordinate with the service team for resolution
Maintain and update customer database and service records in CRM system
Monitor Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores and work towards improving service quality
Track and report customer complaints, repeat issues, and escalations
Support implementation of customer engagement activities (service reminders, campaigns, etc.)
Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop team to ensure customer commitments are met
Ensure adherence to OEM CRM standards and processes
Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports
Handle inbound customer queries related to service appointments and feedback
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language
Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of automobile service processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
Attention to detail and follow-up skills
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
0–2 years of experience in CRM / Customer Service (Automobile preferred)
