Acts as the primary interface between the dealership and potential customers by managing outbound and inbound communications. This role focuses on identifying customer needs and driving footfall to the showroom through effective lead nurturing and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calls to prospective leads generated through digital marketing and walk-in inquiries.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and preferences for specific vehicle models.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for test drives and showroom visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with accurate customer interaction logs and status updates.
- Follow up with existing customers for service reminders, insurance renewals, and post-purchase feedback.
- Handle incoming inquiries regarding vehicle pricing, features, and ongoing promotional offers professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer journey from inquiry to visit.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead conversion.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local regional language and English.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer objections gracefully.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily calling targets.
- Minimum 12th Standard pass or any Undergraduate degree.
- High level of patience and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or tele-calling role within the automotive sector.
- Familiarity with CRM software or automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Basic understanding of automotive terminology and current market trends.
