Acts as the primary liaison between the dealership's workshop and the customer to ensure a seamless vehicle maintenance experience. This role focuses on translating technical requirements into understandable terms while managing service schedules and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and conduct a thorough initial vehicle inspection to document concerns and body damage.
- Open and maintain accurate Job Cards in the Dealer Management System (DMS) for every vehicle entering the workshop.
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of required repairs, maintenance schedules, and transparent cost estimates.
- Coordinate with the workshop floor supervisor and technicians to track vehicle progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Promote and sell value-added services such as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), extended warranties, and specialized treatments.
- Conduct final inspections of vehicles post-service to ensure all customer complaints have been addressed before delivery.
- Handle customer grievances professionally and perform post-service follow-up calls to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain updated knowledge of OEM service circulars, warranty policies, and technical updates.
Requirements
- Basic technical knowledge of automobile components and systems.
- Fluency in the local language and functional proficiency in English.
- Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry in DMS and MS Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
Preferred
- Familiarity with automotive Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline or SAP.
- Prior internship experience in an authorized OEM service center.
- Knowledge of local RTO regulations and insurance claim processes.

Education
Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or ITI (Motor Mechanic Vehicle)
