Focus on driving retail vehicle sales by providing exceptional product demonstrations and personalized consultation to prospective buyers. This role involves managing the end-to-end customer journey from lead generation to final vehicle delivery, ensuring high levels of brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Manage walk-in customers and digital leads to achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and organized test drives to highlight vehicle features and performance.
Facilitate the vehicle financing process by coordinating with bank representatives and handling loan documentation.
Upsell value-added services including genuine accessories, extended warranties, and insurance products.
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Coordinate with the workshop and logistics team to ensure seamless Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and on-time delivery.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or consumer durable sector.
A valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
Proficiency in the local language and functional knowledge of English.
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
Comfortable working in a high-pressure, target-oriented environment.
Willingness to work a 6-day schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience at an authorized OEM dealership.
Basic understanding of RTO regulations and automotive insurance.
Hands-on experience with CRM software or automotive DMS platforms.
