4w Sales Executive

This role involves driving passenger vehicle sales by engaging with potential buyers throughout their entire purchasing journey. It focuses on converting leads through professional product demonstrations and managing the end-to-end delivery process while maintaining high brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organized test drives to highlight key features and USPs.
• Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate smooth loan processing and policy issuance for customers.
• Perform field activities, including corporate visits and local marketing displays, to generate new sales leads.
• Ensure timely and error-free vehicle delivery while completing all RTO and documentation formalities.
• Achieve monthly targets for vehicle sales, accessories, and extended warranties.
• Maintain post-sales relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail environments.
• A valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory for conducting test drives.
• Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of target achievement.
• Ability to work a standard 6-day work week in a high-pressure environment.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations for data entry and reporting.

Preferred

• Previous experience working with OEM-specific Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
• Deep understanding of automotive finance, insurance, and RTO processes.
• Strong networking skills within local corporate or residential hubs.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA) or 12th Pass with equivalent experience.

Experience: 1-3 years in frontline sales, preferably in the Passenger Car segment.

Certifications: OEM Sales Certification (preferred), Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory)

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based at the dealership showroom. It requires a 6-day work week and involves frequent local travel for home demonstrations and lead generation activities.

Growth Opportunities

Successful executives can advance to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 24 months. High performers are frequently considered for Branch Manager or Corporate Sales Specialist positions.
