Manage walk-in customers and digital leads effectively to ensure high conversion rates through the sales funnel.
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and organized test drives while explaining technical features and USPs..
Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance departments to offer comprehensive purchase solutions to clients.
Facilitate the complete vehicle booking and delivery process, including RTO documentation and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) coordination.
Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, genuine accessories, and value-added services like extended warranties.
Execute local marketing activities and corporate visits to generate fresh leads and increase brand visibility.
Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Proficiency in the local language communication.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
Basic understanding of automotive technology and vehicle specifications.
Willingness to work on a 6-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
High level of personal grooming and adherence to corporate dress codes.

Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc) or 12th Pass with significant relevant experience.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.
On-site showroom environment with frequent field visits for customer meetings and test drives; standard Indian automotive 6-day work week.
High-performing executives are eligible for promotion to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 18-24 months, with potential for regional sales management roles across the dealership network.
