This role focuses on driving high-volume vehicle sales and delivering premium customer experiences within an authorized dealership environment. The successful candidate will leverage deep industry expertise to manage complex sales cycles, from lead generation to final vehicle delivery, while ensuring maximum penetration of value-added services.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new vehicles and dealership value-added services.
Manage the end-to-end customer journey including lead qualification, product demonstration, and professional test drives.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline by updating the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM with precision and regular follow-ups.
Liaise with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to ensure seamless loan processing and insurance issuance for customers.
Conduct market research and participate in outdoor promotional activities, corporate displays, and local events to generate high-quality leads.
Handle all RTO documentation and vehicle delivery processes in compliance with OEM standards.
Provide mentorship to junior sales consultants and assist in closing high-value or complex negotiations.
Ensure 100% compliance with OEM sales processes and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
5 to 8 years of proven experience in automotive retail sales (Passenger Cars or Commercial Vehicles).
Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license and be comfortable conducting test drives.
In-depth knowledge of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
Proficiency in using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM software.
Excellent communication skills in the local language and English.
Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills with a track record of high conversion ratios.
Previous experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands.
Existing network of corporate clients and local business influencers.
Certification in OEM-specific sales training programs.

Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA, B.Com, or B.E. preferred); MBA in Marketing is a plus.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Indian Automotive Retail Sales.
Standard 6-day work week in a high-energy showroom environment. Requires flexibility for weekend shifts and occasional travel for outdoor sales events and corporate visits.
High-performing candidates can transition into Team Leader (Sales).
