Manage the end-to-end sales process, including price negotiation, financing options, and insurance documentation.
Maintain accurate records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and follow up with prospective clients via CRM tools.
Coordinate with the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and accessories departments to ensure seamless vehicle delivery.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and OEM-led sales campaigns.
Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Valid four-wheeler driving license with a clean driving record.
Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on monthly deliverables.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional grooming standard.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and smartphone usage for sales reporting.
Prior experience in automotive retail or premium lifestyle sales.
Knowledge of automotive financing, insurance, and RTO processes.
Familiarity with CRM software or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
