Focuses on achieving monthly sales targets by converting leads into vehicle deliveries while ensuring a premium customer experience throughout the buying journey. This role involves proactive prospecting, conducting professional test drives, and managing the end-to-end documentation process within a high-performance dealership environment.
Conduct proactive lead generation through cold calling, field visits, and digital platform follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline.
Provide detailed product demonstrations and facilitate professional test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
Manage the complete sales documentation process, including booking forms, RTO paperwork, and insurance coordination.
Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to assist customers with loan approvals and insurance renewals.
Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM with accurate customer interactions and lead statuses.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and conduct post-delivery follow-ups to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Participate in outdoor marketing activities, corporate displays, and mall activations to increase brand visibility.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sales.
Valid four-wheeler driving license and proficiency in driving for conducting test drives.
Fluency in the local regional language and functional proficiency in English.
Strong understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on monthly closures.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
Experience working with a reputed OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) dealership.
In-depth knowledge of automotive financing and insurance processes.
Prior experience using CRM software or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Autoline or SAP.

Certifications: Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License (Mandatory), OEM Sales Certification (Preferred)
Fast-paced dealership showroom environment with 6-day work weeks. Requires field visits for customer meetings and corporate activations.
