Focuses on maximizing revenue by promoting and selling genuine vehicle accessories to customers during the sales and delivery process. This role ensures that every vehicle delivered meets the customer's lifestyle needs while maintaining high standards of display and inventory management at the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of genuine accessories by engaging with customers during the vehicle booking and delivery stages.
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants to identify accessory upsell opportunities for every new vehicle delivery.
- Maintain an attractive and updated display of accessories in the showroom and customer lounges to attract footfall.
- Manage inventory levels of fast-moving accessories and coordinate with the Parts Department for timely procurement.
- Provide detailed demonstrations of accessory features and benefits to customers, ensuring value-based selling.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports tracking Accessories Per Vehicle (APV) and revenue targets.
- Ensure all fitted accessories meet OEM quality standards and coordinate with the workshop for professional installation.
- Handle customer queries and complaints regarding accessories, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream (B.Com, BBA, or BA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive accessory sales or showroom sales within the Indian market.
- Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) such as SAP, Autoline, or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of automotive technical specifications and aftermarket trends.
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and English.
- Valid four-wheeler driving license for vehicle movement and demonstrations.
Preferred
- Previous experience with a reputed OEM dealership (Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, etc.).
- Certification in retail management or professional sales techniques.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising for retail displays.

This is a 6-day work week role based on-site at the dealership showroom, requiring active movement between the showroom floor, workshop, and warehouse during standard business hours.
