This role focuses on driving dealership footfall through strategic field activities and localized promotional campaigns. It involves bridging the gap between brand awareness and sales conversions by executing high-impact ground-level initiatives and managing BTL activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activities including mall displays, apartment activations, and corporate roadshows to drive brand visibility.
- Generate high-quality walk-in leads for the sales team through various local marketing channels and field events.
- Manage the dealership's social media presence and local digital advertisements to ensure consistent brand engagement within the territory.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for the timely production of marketing collateral like banners, brochures, and showroom branding.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market mapping to identify new opportunities for customer engagement and market share growth.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database with lead information captured from marketing events.
- Assist in the organization and execution of new vehicle launch events, test-drive camps, and customer meet-and-greet sessions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns to the management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the automotive, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of executing field marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
- Excellent communication skills in the local regional language and English.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and a personal vehicle for frequent field visits.
- Strong understanding of local geography and market demographics in the assigned region.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with authorized automobile dealerships or OEM distributors.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management (Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to analyze marketing data to calculate ROI on specific campaign spends.

Qualifications

Work Environment
On-site role with a standard 6-day work week. Significant time will be spent in the field for event execution and market visits.
