Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Consultants and Team Leaders to achieve individual and showroom targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor and manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to vehicle delivery using DMS tools
- Maintain strong relationships with OEM representatives and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and aging control
- Resolve escalated customer grievances to ensure high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Coordinate with Finance and Insurance (F&I) departments to streamline the customer buying process
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and soft skills
Requirements
- Proven track record in automotive sales management with a reputed dealership
- In-depth knowledge of the local automotive market and customer buying behavior
- Expertise in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM software
- Strong understanding of P&L, sales forecasting, and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Valid four-wheeler driving license
Preferred
- Experience working with premium or luxury automotive brands
- Existing network with local banks and insurance providers
- Certification in professional sales management or OEM-specific leadership programs
