Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and handle digital leads to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives to highlight key features and performance.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and financial documentation to final vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with the finance and insurance departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure vehicles are ready for timely delivery.
Requirements
- Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license (mandatory for test drives).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work in a high-pressure, target-driven retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting purposes.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards as per OEM guidelines.
