Focus on driving vehicle sales through proactive customer engagement and relationship management within an authorized dealership environment. This role involves guiding potential buyers through the entire journey from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a premium brand experience and high customer satisfaction.
Manage walk-in customers by providing detailed product demonstrations, explaining features, and highlighting USPs.
Conduct scheduled and spot test drives for prospective buyers while adhering to safety protocols and OEM guidelines.
Handle the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, proactive follow-ups, and meticulous booking documentation.
Collaborate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to facilitate loan processing and insurance requirements for customers.
Maintain and update customer interactions, lead status, and booking details daily in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Achieve monthly retail targets and inquiry-to-booking conversion ratios as defined by the Sales Manager.
Coordinate vehicle delivery ceremonies and conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
Participate in outdoor sales activities, canopy events, and corporate displays to generate new leads.
Possession of a valid permanent 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Fluency in the local regional language and a functional command of English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional grooming standard.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment with a standard 6-day work week.
Basic computer literacy for data entry and mobile app usage for CRM updates.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close retail deals effectively.
Basic understanding of automotive technical specifications and current market competitors.
Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service sectors.
Local residency within a 10-15 km radius of the showroom location.

On-site showroom environment with a 6-day work week. Standard shift timings are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, including weekends with a rotational weekday off.
