This role focuses on driving retail growth(Car Sales) by managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery. It involves building strong relationships with potential buyers and providing expert guidance on product specifications, financing solutions, and value-added services to ensure high brand loyalty.
Proactively manage showroom walk-ins and generate new leads through local marketing activities and field visits.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and facilitate vehicle test drives to ensure customers understand key features and safety benefits.
Assist customers with financial documentation, insurance options, and RTO registration processes for a seamless purchase experience.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales pipelines within the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Coordinate with the workshop and logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle preparation and a high-quality delivery ceremony.
Achieve monthly sales volume targets and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals for future sales.
1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or consumer durable industry.
A valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Proficiency in the local language and a working knowledge of English.
Basic computer literacy, including experience with MS Office and email communication.
Strong understanding of the local geography for field visits and lead generation.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a 6-day work week.
Prior experience working with an authorized dealership.
Familiarity with automotive financing and insurance products.
Experience using CRM or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like SAP or Oracle.

The role is primarily based on-site at the showroom with frequent field visits for customer meetings and lead generation. Expect a high-energy, customer-facing environment with standard 6-day working weeks.
High-performing executives have a clear path to advance to Senior Sales Consultant or Team Leader roles within 2-3 years, with further opportunities in Sales Management or Sr-level positions.
