This role focuses on driving automotive sales growth by engaging with potential buyers and guiding them through the entire vehicle purchase lifecycle. It involves building long-term rapport with customers to ensure brand loyalty and high satisfaction levels within a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customers and provide detailed product demonstrations, highlighting key features and USPs of the vehicles.
- Conduct professional test drives while ensuring safety protocols and addressing customer queries regarding vehicle performance.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, field activities, and referral networks to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to assist customers with loan documentation and insurance renewals.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions and follow-ups in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Facilitate the vehicle delivery process, ensuring a seamless and celebratory experience for the customer.
- Achieve monthly targets for vehicle sales, genuine accessories, and extended warranty penetrations.
- Participate in outdoor promotional events, mall displays, and corporate tie-ups to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Any Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, B.A., B.Sc. or equivalent).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and functional English.
- Must possess a valid permanent two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license.
- High level of personal grooming and professional etiquette.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with a standard 6-day work week.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to close sales deals.
Preferred
- Prior internship or part-time experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Basic understanding of the local automotive market and competitor models.
- Resident of the local city with good knowledge of the geographical area.

Work Environment
On-site showroom floor with frequent local travel for test drives and lead generation activities. Standard working hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week.
