Sales Consultant

Responsible for driving vehicle sales by engaging with potential customers and guiding them through the purchasing journey at our authorized dealership. Focuses on building lasting relationships and ensuring a seamless showroom experience from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage walk-in customers and handle digital leads to explain vehicle features, specifications, and USPs effectively.

• Conduct professional test drives while adhering to safety protocols and highlighting performance benefits.

• Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team to provide comprehensive loan and insurance options to customers.

• Maintain meticulous records in the Dealer Management System (DMS) and update the sales pipeline daily.

• Facilitate the vehicle delivery process, ensuring all documentation is complete and the customer receives a memorable handover experience.

• Achieve monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.

• Conduct follow-ups with prospective buyers and existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and generate referrals.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English.

• Valid permanent four-wheeler driving license for conducting customer test drives.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a high level of energy.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office and smartphone-based reporting applications.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays as per roster.

Preferred

• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

• Familiarity with local geography and regional automotive market trends.

• Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and modern vehicle features.
