This role focuses on driving showroom traffic conversion and managing the end-to-end vehicle purchase journey for customers. It requires a proactive approach to lead management and a commitment to delivering a premium brand experience during every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.
- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and professional test drives to highlight vehicle USPs.
- Guide customers through the financing, insurance, and documentation process for seamless vehicle delivery.
- Maintain and update the Dealer Management System (DMS) with accurate lead status and customer interaction history.
- Achieve monthly retail targets, including value-added services like accessories, extended warranty, and annual maintenance contracts.
- Coordinate with the stockyard and PDI team to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery as per the committed schedule.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Participate in outdoor promotional activities, corporate displays, and local marketing events to generate new leads.
Requirements
- Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Proven track record in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or premium consumer goods sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to handle diverse customer profiles.
- Professional grooming and a customer-centric mindset.
Preferred
- Prior experience working with an authorized OEM dealership.
- Certification in automotive sales or customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with automotive finance products and insurance regulations (IRDA).

Work Environment
On-site showroom operations; 6 days a week; standard shift timings (usually 10 AM - 7 PM).
